We first met Simon Sampson in June 2019 when he completed his Mountain Leader assessment with us. He is currently a mentee on our Chris Ensoll Mountain Mentor programme.

We first met Sandra Schmidt in March 2018 when she came on our Contour Masterclass in preparation for her Mountain Leader assessment, which she completed with us in April 2019. She is currently a mentee on our Chris Ensoll Mountain Mentor programme.

We first met Jon Chamberlain several years ago when he booked on to a workshop that we were running for members of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors. Since then he has joined our team of freelance instructors, and has become a good friend. He is a Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor and holds several other outdoor qualifications.

We first met Susan Byrne in August 2019 when she came on our Contour Masterclass and Mountain Leader Steep Ground Masterclass in preparation for her Mountain Leader assessment, which she completed with us in October 2019. She is currently a mentee on our Chris Ensoll Mountain Mentor programme.

We first met Ben Roe in 2012 when he did his Single Pitch Award training course with us. He completed his Outdoor Education degree at the University of Cumbria in Ambleside in 2016. He is qualified as a Mountain Leader, a Rock Climbing Instructor and a Development Coach. He is currently working as a route setter at Kendal Wall.
