What do our clients say about us?

A well thought though couple of days. Chris's skill and experience is complemented by him obviously embracing coaching wholeheartedly and doing everything with thought, progression, appropriate differentiation and allowing times for learning. A brilliant couple of days.

It was very easy to book onto this course and completing the payment online seemed very easy. It was clearly advertised through the Mountain Training website and came at a convenient time for me. Because short roping covers such a grey area, it was really helpful to keep being reminded of the basic principles which remain the same at all stages of the progression from ML confidence roping through to guiding. It was also good to have space to test out all the techniques in realistic situations. Chris's enthusiasm for this subject shone through everything he said. He clearly wants us all to get better at short roping and looking after our charges generally. For me these two days were quite intense and a timely revision of skills that had undoubtedly grown sloppy since my MIA assessment over 20 years ago.

Thought provoking practical skills workshop. Detailed coaching picking up details that no one has ever mentioned. Chris was completely "on it” and has spent a lifetime thinking about skills. He came through as being an "expert " but without any of the negative connotations that come with that title.

The course was exactly what I was hoping for in terms of content, with first class delivery from Chris making best use of limited conditions. An excellent couple of days, would highly recommend.

I booked with you because a friend said your course was the best he's ever been on. And it isn't easy to find a CPD course that is going to introduce you to a different approach to one of our most fundamental and potentially risky skills, or to really test that method.nIt really was a lovely couple of days. I love Chris' delivery, manner and energy, and it was fun! Thank you very much for your hard work, Chris.
